Rebuilt from the ground up, Spencer Building Carrier Hotel will include state-of-the-art features to deliver a purpose built-space for the Vancouver market. In addition to ample storage for customer needs and 24/7 on-site staff, the facility will also include industry-leading highly efficient mechanical systems, making it a more environmentally conscious space for the community.

Our critical power systems are the heart of our operation and will be designed to deliver power in a fully redundant and fault-tolerant environment. With a total of 10MW of critical power when fully built, a brand new 25KV primary electrical service with the capability to expand to 20MW+, and the ability to support up to 20kW+ per cabinet for additional high-density applications, Spencer Building Carrier Hotel is the most power-dense option in downtown Vancouver.
20,000+ Connected Fibers
In addition to offering gateways to Asia and other destinations, Spencer Building Carrier Hotel will serve as the primary western Canadian landing point for many upcoming fibre routes that will connect us to Seattle, the Westin Building exchange, across Canada and to international destinations. With Harbour Centre’s countless providers, access to all major Canadian telecommunications providers, Tier 1 network operators, and peering exchanges, including a direct connect to VANIX, connectivity will be faster and easier than ever.
