Our Story
Excellence in a Historic Landmark
Since 1994, Harbour Centre Complex has been Vancouver’s premier connectivity gateway, linking Western Canada with the U.S. and the APAC region. But now, demand for new, cost-effective, state-of-the-art connectivity and colocation space in the region is on the rise.
By repurposing elements of the historic Spencer Building, seamlessly integrated with Harbour Centre’s existing digital infrastructure, we’re creating a digital-first complex you can rely on to thrive in today’s digital landscape.
With 43,000 square feet of newly developed powered shell space available in the Spencer Building we’re on a mission to create a thriving environment where every connection and every server rack is a super-catalyst for your innovation and growth.
